• The shipping time is the approximate number of business days it takes for your order to be delivered after it ships from our warehouse. All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days.

If you received a damaged product or there's a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

Each case is unique and specially made just like you. Since each product is custom-made(made to order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, or color choices made on the customer's behalf.
