What is the status of my orders?

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.

Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes. In order to make changes to your order, including adjusting the order, cancelling order or changing shipping address, you have to contact us within 4 hours of placing your order here. However, we kindly ask you to double-check your details before placing your order.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

Should your order not be delivered and processed in the estimated time, contact us here or hello@jimocorna.com, and we will respond within 24 - 48 hours with updates.

My order has been delivered, but I can not find it.

If you cannot find your package, we recommend you to firstly contact the transportation company to ask for a Proof of Delivery, as well as ask your neighbors/housemates if they have held the package on your behalf.

  • The shipping time is the approximate number of business days it takes for your order to be delivered after it ships from our warehouse. All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. 
  • Business days does not include the include holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc.)
  • The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.
  • There may be a delay of up to 2-4 business days during our sale periods.
