Jimo Corna Return Policy

All orders are made to order. As a result, there are no returns or exchanges on any orders if the incorrect product is ordered on the customers behalf.

What if I received a damaged/defective item?

**This must be completed within 10 days of being delivered/picked up.

If you believe to have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@jimocorna.com with a message "I have received a defective item", and our support team will contact you within 48 hours. click here and we will guide on the next step to process the exchange or return.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 4-8 business days, depending on your bank's policies, after we receive your return parcel. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In event you haven’t received your refund yet after we've notified you, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed all of this and you still have not received your refund as yet, please contact us at hello@jimocorna.com.
