REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We really hope that you love Jimo Corna as much as we do. Each item is unique and specially made just like you. Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, or color choices made on the customer's behalf. However, don't worry, you do have a 4-hour window after purchase is made to request any necessary changes. Please reach out to us here or at hello@jimocorna.com during this period if you need to modify your order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM?

**This must be completed within 10 days of being delivered/picked up.

If you believe to have received a faulty item, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for refunds/replacements. When form is submitted, our support team will contact you within 48 hours with further instructions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once we have processed your refund, you will receive your refund within 4-8 business days, depending on your bank's policies. Refunds will process to the original payment method. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In event you haven’t received your refund yet after we've notified you, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed all of this and you still have not received your refund as yet, please contact us at hello@jimocorna.com.
