All orders are made to order. As a result, there are no returns or exchanges on any orders if the incorrect product is ordered on the customers behalf.
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
In order to make changes to your order, including adjusting adjusting the order, cancelling order or changing shipping address, you have to contact us within 6 hours of placing order at hello@jimocorna.com. However, kindly note we aim for you to get your order as soon as possible so changes request may not be possible.
