Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, or color choices made on the customer's behalf. However, don't worry, you do have a 4-hour window after purchase is made to request any necessary changes. Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes. In order to make changes to your order, including adjusting the order, cancelling order or changing shipping address, you have to contact us within 4 hours of placing your order here. However, we kindly ask you to double-check your details before placing your order.
