Do you accept returns?

If you received a damaged product or there's a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

Each case is unique and specially made just like you. Since each product is custom-made(made to order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, or color choices made on the customer's behalf. However, you do have a 6-hour window after purchase to make any necessary changes. Please reach out to us during this period if you need to modify your order.
