All orders are shipped from our warehouse in us within 24-48 hours. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Times:
- European Union (EU): 3-8 business days (Global Mail or DPD), 1-3 business days (DHL Express).
- United Kingdom (UK): 3-8 business days (Global Mail or DPD), 1-3 business days (DHL Express).
- United States (USA): 4-8 business days (Global Mail or DPD), 2-3 business days (DHL Express).

Returns

ensure you’re happy.
We offer a 14-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a refund or exhange.
How to care
Super easy to keep brand new! Clean with damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Add a drop of dish soap to the cloth if needed and wipe the soap down with a clean, damp cloth.

Do you accept returns?
If you received a damaged product or there's a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
Each case is unique and specially made just like you. Since each product is custom-made(made to order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, or color choices made on the customer's behalf. However, you do have a 4-hour window after purchase to make any necessary changes. Please reach out to us during this period if you need to modify your order.
